OUR PHILOSOPHY
 

Start with the end in mind.

It is impossible to accomplish anything significant without considering the final destination.  Our DNA requires us to look at the specific goals of each business owner and design a plan that overcomes the present and then grows to the intended destination.

Each development team will be comprised of 5-6 individuals with varied backgrounds, interests and skills.  They will share the common goal of entrepreneurship and will learn the “how-to” of starting and operating a business. This team will be guided by our panel of experienced leaders, acting as project management and oversight, with a relatively short leash on how each idea progresses.

DEVELOPMENT TEAMS

Each team member will be continually evaluated as to the energy and contribution they bring to the task at hand. Those that rise to this challenge will earn an equity participation in the launch and ultimate sale of the business and/or product once it is proven and taken to market.
